“Staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. It felt like when we asked for amenities it was an inconvenience for them and you can clearly tell by their reaction and demeanor.”

“The only thing that was disappointing was that they closed the patio early. We arrived on a Friday evening around 8:00pm and it was beautiful outside so we wanted to have a drink outside and they had closed the patio for the evening, which was puzzling because it was the nicest part of the day.”

“My family and I stayed for two days and two nights. The staff was friendly and kind. We stayed with a small chihuahua and they really made us feel welcomed.”

“The staff for housekeeping gave excellent service. Some of the staff in the front desk gave little information when asked about services that were offered. It was supposed to be a no smoking establishment but it smelled like cigarette smoke on the floor. Our stay was for about a week and of course a little bit of laundry had to be done and for the whole place there was only one washer and one dryer, very inconvenient.”

“The Front Desk “Ethan” evening shift, was very attentive. Hotel was clean, lounge is quiet and beautiful, bartender at the lounge really graceful and made really nice drinks much better than your typical bar. Love the quietness and privacy. Rooms are fresh, clean, and elegant. I would only gripe about the breakfast, not hot meals or anything. Just muffins and yogurt/oatmeal cups. But that’s about it”

“Although we didn't use the full kitchen it's very nice. Beds are comfortable and they have very nice shades on the window to block out the morning sun.”

“Molto tranquillo con camera vista piscina...stanze non pulitissime ma accettabili...ok frigo e mucroonde...phon su rikiesta gratuito...nessuna puluzua stanza anche se diamo dtati 1 week...era su rikiesta ma nn ci hanno informato..puluzie solo al mart e ven...porte vecchie...nessun mobile...tavolo vecchio...però zona piena di ristoranti accanto alla freeway..per alcuni gg vi soggiorneremo di nuovo...non so se tornerrmo per 1 week..prezzo buono..personale al front desk e hoysekeepers gebtiki :)”

“The positives were that the bed and linens were comfy. The negatives were that we had ants (a lot) in our room. There was a huge gap at the top of our door that let in light and noise from the hall, disturbing our sleep and letting in the most foul smell of weed the entire night. I guess our neighbors were hotboxing it in their rooms, but it was awful and very disturbing. The breakfast was just ok, it was very crowded in the breakfast area for being a Wednesday at 6:30am.”

“The Red Roof Inn Hotel was horrible, I checked out after the first night I couldn't stand it. I booked 2 nights , stayed one night, Dirty everywhere, I booked a noon smoking room, it smell, stink cigarette Smoke, I changed the room, I got another room , the same there, as I said, I stayed one night only. Friends in another room far away from mine they had the same problem with smoke in their room, must have been the room cleaner that was a heavy smoker. Wrecked cars on the hotel parking, they...
