“We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great.
That being said, what really made our trip is how kind and helpful the staff are.
We had a few things go wrong on our trip, and Jake and his staff did everything in their power to help us out. Even if the property was a hole in a ditch, I would stay there again for them! They are truly exceptional.

“My stay at the Watermark was nothing but amazing from the time I booked my stay. The communication between me and the staff was very timely. The accommodations that were made for me even when I chose to extend my stay were greatly appreciated. Yal at the front desk was such a joy and very helpful. The staff in the rooftop bar were great as well. I will definitely be returning. ”

“We had the 2nd level corner suite with a partial view of the ocean. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean. The grounds staff did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy. ”

“The ocean view was great; however, despite the resort pictures showing you could walk right out onto the beach and access the water, you could not because of the sargassum seaweed. There was a dock for water and boat access. Our room was sufficient, but the entire resort was a little run-down. We went without water one day, and went without hot water for two whole days. Most mornings, we woke up to noise from the construction that was going on. The restaurant closed early because it was slow, so...
