“Super cute, cozy little place close to everything you need in Sonoma. It's clean and comfortable. The decor is quirky and hippie-ish, in a good way! And there are goodies! There was a bottle of wine, 2 bottled waters, popcorn, candy, and tea and coffee. Monica is friendly, fun, and a most gracious host. We lived it and plan to return.”

“The unit was lovely, clean, cozy and peaceful. Amazing deck and hot tub, with views / sunsets across the bay. And, I think we were very fortunate since the houses/units on both sides of us were unoccupied, which made the space and setting that much more relaxing and felt like all our own for a weekend. “We are locals and this was the perfect getaway to our favorite beach in the area. Easily walkable to restaurants, the beach, and one of our top hikes (Matt Davis). Perfect for a family of 4. It's part of a hub of cottages and I would love to look into booking out a block of them with families/friends. Property interior is super cute and newly renovated. Can't wait to return!”

“This cottage was great. Very distinctive look with a delightful front porch to watch the world go by. Directly across the street from a winery and a short, safe walk to historic downtown Sonoma. The cottage was very clean and the host provided all sorts of helpful otems to better enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay again!!”

“Came to town to support my son in a sporting event with my Dad. The place was excellent! First, if you’re a nature lover (especially from other regions of the country), just wow! The place is nestled amongst the trees which create a dense canopy above, with some views of the boats on the bay. Got the chance to trail run at the nearby China Camp State Park and loved it. Second, the house’s construction is downright fascinating; always something to look at and ponder on what a labor of love it was...

“Location, location, location. We love being so close to the beach. Your cottage is adorable and we loved it again. As far as feedback, we have some. The backyard was a bit run down this time. The fence was broken I imagine from the rain storms . It also looks as though the gardener left piles which were needed to be recycled into the green bin. Last time the back yard was pristine. “The unit itself was very nice, well appointed and in a great location. It had everything we needed to cook and bake. The fresh loaf of local bread was a really nice surprise. At the time of our stay (May 2024) the staircase down to the unit was under construction. The only way down to the unit was a dangerous trail with wobbly steps. This was a challenging climb in and out, but with luggage, it was a nightmare.”
