“Absolutely a slice of paradise on earth! If the Garden of Eden and Swiss Family Robinson had a baby it would be San Simian! Food was best we’ve had in all of Nicaragua. Amazing property with unbelievable terraced gardens down to the pebble beach, where you can go tubing, kayaking or swimming. Our cabana was absolutely huge with a top floor lounge and balcony with views of the lake. Don’t just want to go back, want to move there!!! Will be a regular stop any time we are in Nicaragua. “The hotel is impressive has it has a lot of atmosphere and only few rooms. The owner paid attention to each detail, choosing the perfect forniture and decor for rooms and common spaces. We took a room on the side that was very quiet and we had no noice problems with breakfast being served in the wonderful patio, just outside the room. Easy to find for taxi drivers, walking distance from a very pleasant pizzeria (pane e vino).”
