Disappointing for the price

Unexpected construction noise was very disappointing. We learned about it at check-in, too late to change our plans. No apology or reduction in room rate. From 8am to 6 pm every day there was drilling, nailing, etc. in the next room. We would like to have had an afternoon nap, but not possible. Breakfast not available until 9am, too late for us to take advantage of. No one at the front desk when we checked in, waited for 15 min, then several times we went to the front desk, no one ever there, no bell or note with instructions how to reach someone, no phone in the room. We paid $178 per night, will not be returning.

Unfortunately, we were not able to meet this standard during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the construction noise that occurred.
