“1woman who helped was the lady doing breakfast on the 29 th and on the 30 th tidying rooms on the 3 rd floor Such a great worker! Our room is very comfortable and because I have two teenage grandchildren that like to have their own bed, the hotel manager allowed me an upgrade to a room with a couch for a tiny fee. Everyone is very happy here and would come back. We also enjoy the pool.”

“The Lake Estate was nothing short of amazing. Arron and Arista at the front desk were extremely welcoming, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Never once did we walk by the lobby without them saying hello or offering anything to make the stay better and taking photos for us. Told us all about the resort. Cannot say enough things about Jackie at the spa. She’s the best! For a private hotel opening so recently of that size… it was well worth it and we will be going back...
