Fridge was missing a foot and almost fell out of the cupboard when we opened it, shelf broken, bottom of drawer completely broken. Continental breakfast is donuts and granola bars. Charged way too much. Do not stay here. ”

“The hotel was disgusting with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. The parking was decent. The exterior was ok. The room was freezing and there is no control of the temperature. The front desk offered no solutions. Accept telling me to deal with it. That its controlled by the outside. There was then the credit card scam. After charging one of my cards, they then insisted that I present them another card.Because it was a pending charge. If I had to choose, I would have rather slept in my car.”

La nostra camera non era molto grande ma il letto era molto comodo. Frigobar un po' rumoroso e fastidioso e wifi scarsissimo su tutto il secondo piano. Molto bella la zona spa e della piscina.”

“Our experience at Lang House was not good, someone broke into our car (which was parked in their parking lot, behind the house) car and stole our house keys and car fob. As a result we have had to spend $400 to replace our car fob.”

Parking is limited for check in due to construction vehicles taking up spots and the make shift lobby is found by walking through cluttered hallways and temporary signage. None of this was conveyed at time of booking or in the days prior to check in. Luckily we had a wonderful receptionist named Connor who when asked about compensation for the mess & inconvenience, offered to check...
