“I was working over in Richmond on a project. This was just a place to sleep. The hotel is obviously old and could use some refreshing but other than that it was fine. It gets noisy at night however, as it would appear maybe some parties of people are all pitching in on a room to have a get together, or get let in the back door. “This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. When we arrived, the entire hotel had a strong odor of marijuana. Our first set of room keys didn't work, so we had to return to the front desk to have them reprogrammed before we could even enter our room. Once inside, we discovered that we had been given a room with one king bed, even though our reservation was for two double beds to accommodate three adults. As we were leaving the room to notify the front desk about the incorrect room...

“Nice hotel, spacious room. Wish the bathroom was larger, but overall would probably come back.”

“The hotel is still quite new, so everything is in great shape (although our sink drain was dripping, maintenance fixed it promptly). Comfortable beds, nice breakfast options for a reasonable price, good fitness room. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

La nostra camera non era molto grande ma il letto era molto comodo. Frigobar un po' rumoroso e fastidioso e wifi scarsissimo su tutto il secondo piano. Molto bella la zona spa e della piscina.”

“Hôtel is outdated and getting tired. The door had a crack all the way around, not allowing a full seal. It was quite loud at night with college kids yelling running around.”
