“The room is clean but it has a weird smell, acidic in nature but the staff graciously changed our room which was much better. Shout out to all staff they were very accommodating. They helped us booked our transportation to the mall, airport to catch our red eye flight and immediately responded to fix our broken tissue holder. The price per night is also reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel. ”

“All power sockets are out of use. Bathroom light is also out of use. ”

“We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star.”

“Stayed for 9 nights in Jan 2026..Had a great stay , will be back..great food from their restaurant..housekeeping staffs kept the room clean daily..nice strong cold air con, hot and strong waterfall shower, big comfortable firm bed..kudos too all the hotel staffs ..A++”

“Wifi worked fine. Room was clean and soap and towel and blankets and A/C was provided. There was a pool but I didn't have a chance to use it.”
