“The breakfast wasn't that great”

“We had a great stay here at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Jackson, Michigan. The staff was very friendly, our room was exceptionally clean and Breakfast each morning was delicious with many options to choose from. We highly recommend staying here.”

“Breakfast was decent ”

“The hotel was poorly staffed. The breakfast was not fully stocked and all hot options were cold. The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time.”

“Obvious renovations, wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. It fit the bill for our stay- but not the most luxurious.”

“The nighttime desk worker was very friendly and efficient; he also checked us out very early Sunday morning and was equally friendly and efficient! We left much too early for breakfast so can't comment. Room was clean and comfortable.”
