The mattress and pillow too soft and uncomfortable.
The staff was nice. The access to the room is throughout a narrow stair.

An awesome hotel, located in a lovely park.
I booked it at an unbelievably cheap rate (definitely a system error), but would gladly come back at a more "normal" rate, too - if I happen to work in this area again.

"After reading the reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect but we loved our stay, the rooms were clean and comfy, could do with air con though but we did stay during the heatwave to be fair. The breakfast was lovely plenty of choice other than fruit, only peach slices! The lounge area was very spacious ..."
