Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

“Our two-night stay last night and the night before was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in recent memory. The front desk receptionist who checked us in was extremely welcoming and friendly. Our quiet room was spacious and sparkling clean. So was the indoor pool, which we enjoyed immensely. Parking was free and plentiful, as was the breakfast each morning. I can’t say enough good things about this well-maintained and managed Hilton. My husband and I will most definitely be staying here...

“We booked what was called a “luxury” room. What a joke. Bare bones at best. There is no staff on property. Trouble checking in and then with the AC and calling a number on the room door reached someone in the Philippines! Horrible experience”

“It was a quick trip and only needed a place to stay for 1 night and it did the trick. Front desk super friendly. We did not use the amenities but the pool looked nice. The room was clean. In order to get to the back of one of the buildings that our room was in you had to walk through this hallway which was very hot and didn’t look well maintained but that’s pretty much rhetorical only negative.”

“This place was at a convention location fir the activities I had planned; however, not ONCE they made an attempt to clean the room. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and that was helpful as I switched beds during my stay. When I asked the front desk how often they clean the rooms they said every other day but they were very short handed and asked if I needed anything.
