“Great welcome from a really wonderful staff. We loved our room. It was large, comfy, and clean. Great view of Lake Erie at the Jackson street pier. Some nice in early evening from outside the hotel, not surprising given the location, but we still felt comfortable. Thus our go to hotel when in the area. Highly recommended.”
“This is a lovely hotel, perfectly located on the beach and next to the ferry terminal. The rooms were lovely and clean and the staff really friendly. The restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel was an unexpected surprise and the food and service were amazing!
We just wished we had booked to stay longer. The photos of the hotel really don’t do it justice, it’s much nicer even in real-life.”

“Renovation in progress, friendly staff, short drive to Cedar Point Sports Center avoiding railroad crossing. There was no fridge in the room, but staff brought one for us. Kids enjoyed large outdoor pool.”

Our door lock was busted Parking was a free for all and angled which made it harder for several of our neighbors. Parking spots could be bigger keeping in mind family vehicles by the family rooms and maybe numbered??”
“We went for 3 days and 2 nights with our 14 year old grandson and his friend. They had an amazing time . The entire place was super clean and the staff is so perfect. Would recommend for anyone but the younger children would be so happy.”
“Close enough to Cedar Pointe. Smaller so no amenities but perfect for just recharging to ride coasters the next day. Recent updates, streaming and comfortable beds. Our shower curtain could have used a good wash and bathroom walls could have been wiped down better, but overall pretty good. ”
