“Road in was really rough, can't imagine what it's like in rain. We made it up the hill in minivan but it was touch and go for a few”

“I want to give them a 10 out of 10 but the neighbors were so noisy! The neighbors stayed up partying until around midnight Saturday and Sunday. They were outside with loud music and screaming at each other. The house is the cutest place! The hosts were magnificent- we didn’t have hot water and it was fixed within the hour. I’d recommend it but just be aware if it’s a holiday weekend - the neighbors are very loud. ”

“I booked a hotel room through the Expedia website and paid for one night. I checked in, but I didn't stay in the room for more than five minutes because it was disgusting. There was hair everywhere and trash piled up behind the beds, as if the room hadn't been cleaned in months. I immediately went to the front desk, handed the keys to the concierge, and left. I requested a cancellation and a refund, but he told me he couldn't process it because a third party was involved.”

“The hot breakfast was not served because there were fewer than 10 people at the hotel. My opinion is that when a business offers a service, they should keep their promise no matter how many people stay in their property. I paid for the service. Otherwise, the staff was nice.”
