Hotel a Sangun-ri

“Pros: very close to Seoraksan Park (5 minute walk) and great breakfast buffet. Cons: shower stall had a cracked base (water came out along with black sludge at times), hotel rooms are dated, windows were not clean (a simple way to show you take care of the building), and the laundry—while free—had flies coming out of the washer.”

“I loved my stay at With U. Room was clean and comfortable, everything was available in the community kitchen and the host was amazing. It was pouring rain on the morning of my departure so the owner gifted me an umbrella! What a hospitality. Thank you”

“Hôtel bien situé, près de la plage Sokcho et à quelques pas de plusieurs restaurants. La chambre était d’une taille correcte. Nous avions une belle vue de notre chambre qui était au 18 e étage. Par contre, j’ai trouvé que l’insonorisation était pas optimal.”

Furthermore, there was no ambient lighting—the only options were to turn all the lights completely on or off—and the motion-sensor light in the bathroom kept switching on every time my roommate used the facilities, making it impossible for me to get any sleep.”

“The facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, and having a separate living room and a fully equipped kitchen made our stay very comfortable and convenient.”

There were not much quality choices for breakfast. Fruits were not fresh. (Pho for breakfast?!?) Not much choice for coffee either. I would say my stay was cost effective but nothing more than that..”

“This hotel to me will hold a dear memory and that allows me to love it as it is now. It is located to an iconic BTS ARMY stop which is the YOU NEVER WALK ALONE bus stop and for that, it was the little hotel that could. I'm sure rhe Benikae hotel has seen better days but she is still holding up. I loved walking through their pine wood trails and the strong comforting scent of chamomile. I like pine but the chamomile scent and flowers were a pleasant surprise. It had a clean bed, a working AC...
