“My family and I really liked staying here. Difficult to find but that was car’s navigation issue. Only 15 mins from main center of Bellagio. Communication with owner was top notch and he was extremely helpful and nice. Very peaceful and quiet. Only downfall is the bath tub in field directly in front of property but that probably belongs to another property. ”

“We stayed at Robert's wonderful home for five nights. Robert is a great communicator and if you need anything, he's on top of it. Franco is Robert's representative who will check you in and you will definitely need Franco and his cart. If you are going to be driving, make sure you check with Robert on the size of the car, as Robert provided valuable advice on the size of the car that will fit into his garage. Without Franco’s professional parking services, parking never would have happened....

“My wife & I had a lovely stay at this Bellagio home. It is pretty well centered - about 20 min walk to the tourist-y part of the city. The balcony is beautiful to enjoy a bottle of wine. It was spacious and we felt right at home!Pro Tip - we flew into Milan and hired a private driver from Transfeero. The drive itself was quick and easy, about an hour and a half, and it wasn’t terribly expensive (100-150). The driver was able to drop us off right in front of the home. “The stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Most descriptions were adequate and we found what we expected. Some problems with the water supply were promptly repaired after we informed the owner (Thanks to him - overcoming some language barriers!). The only aspect which was less ideal was the description of the way to get there. The description could be improved as we arrived late in the dark and therefore pathfinding was a bit confusing. “Very nice place, perfect for our family. A short drive from Bellagio. it had all the amenities we needed. Wonderful balcony overlooking Lake Como. Marianna is a great host. She helped us with a lot of details and suggestions. Lezzeno is underrated in the reviews of Lake Como. In addition to proximity to Bellagio, it had several very good restaurants. Stone House was one of the best restaurants I have been to. Be aware, parking is difficult all along the lake, but not impossible. ”

“Notre objectif était de visiter la région et donc nous sommes restés peu de temps à l’intérieur. Mais si l intérieur est rustique il est fonctionnel, le confort de base y est présent et on ne se marche pas dessus. Agréable après une journée dans la foule. Que du carrelage au sol, nous préférons car ça évite les moquettes mal entretenues qui finissent par vous démanger les mollets, et lorsque l on reste plusieurs jours un coup se passe rapidement sans prise de tête. “Un séjour très agréable dans une maison très accueillante, propre et très bien équipée. Deux terrasses , l une ombragée pour y prendre vos repas l autre équipée d un parasol pour s y reposer. Marco disponible pour vous renseigner , et très réactif. Village très paisible, calme idéal pour se reposer. A proximité des baignades dans le lac de Côme et très belles randonnées possibles.”
