“It was such an AMAZING stay. The beds our comfortable. Location is perfect and there are tons of things to do and see that are walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is incredible. Emmanuel, Isaiah, and front desk staff were so helpful. It really takes you back to the early 1900s. The place is so well kept and preserved. I can't wait to come back. Oh and do yourself a favor and book a balcony view! You will not regret it.”

Staff made sure we felt comfortable and gave us access to the lounge where we spent a few hours resting with access to bathrooms and snacks. Shortly, by 11am our room was ready. “The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed.
My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. ”

“Everything was good. It’s a little tricky riding a separate elevator to the lobby, then to the room, then to go into the mall below but we got the hang of it. All staff were super friendly and anxious to please us. Buffet was delicious, workout room was good, rooms and bathrooms were great. Glad they had separate bin for recycling plastic. ”
