“Room was in poor physical condition but the worst part was the room was heavily infested with cockroaches from walls and lamp shades to the bath tub to the beds themselves. Took photos. Had to check out that same evening and look for accommodations elsewhere. Just a totally bad experience. Hotel said they couldn't refund the charges but had to go back through hotels.com.”
