Bad Experience from the start with the Valet.

Valet Parking Only, get to Valet, won't park my vehicle (it's a big one) offers to let me pull it into a space. I'm OK with this, thinking he's a young kid, maybe nervous to drive something this big. So I tell him I'll park it, but I have a lot of bags, and I'll need help getting them to my room. He says "Oh, well, you can leave your vehicle here before you park it and make multiple trips to get all your stuff to your room. So, after I park and get everything to my room, I'm getting ready to go to bed and the fire alarm goes off. There is smoke in the hallway (you can see it, you can smell it), so I hope my 74+ year old mother, with her prosthetic leg and other leg with 3 rods and ankle fused at 90% get down 4 flights of stairs out onto the street, only to be told later as we had to walk around the building and back to the front of the hotel that it was a false alarm, one of the guests smoked out the fireplace in their room. No credit or discount to be given. Next morning (in the daylight..was dark when we checked in), could see the stains on the floor, the condition of the furniture/windows of the room and we can say that place needs a nice remodeling/make over. Additionally, I had booked and was told the room was handi-capped accessible with a roll in shower...it was not, but I blame Expedia for that one, unless the hotel was misleading saying yeah, we got roll in showers.
