Personale gentilissimo e veloce ma la struttura veramente deludente. La nostra camera era vecchissima e sporca. La tenda della doccia aveva addirittura la muffa. Non so come hanno fatto a dare 4 stelle a questa struttura. Mai più!

Ad eccezione del ragazzo che ci ha accolto all ingresso, il resto è stato terribile, stanza vecchia e sporca,bagno antigienico e la sera una comitiva in gita ha reso impossibile dormire....da dimenticare

Residence vicino al mare, ma un più vecchiotto
Residence ben situato, vicino al mare, con servizio Reception sempre presente e puntuale. Posto auto all'interno della struttura. Appartamento un po' vecchiotto, ristrutturato in modo economico. Brutta la doccia con tenda in plastica.

Weekend
Siamo stati in hotel per un week end lungo. Il personale è disponibile e gentile, coi bimbi simpatici e sorridenti. Lo consiglio. Inoltre il ristorante dell'hotel è di buon livello e con personale (anche li) all'altezza! Un saluto da Reggio Emilia e alla prossima!

The location was good. The waterfront was nice but not really a beach. My family did go swimming and enjoyed the water. The beds were very firm which is something we weren’t accustomed.

There was no WiFi coverage inside the apartment, Either should we stay in the lobby or in the corridor beside the door to receive the signal. The Team was polite but they do not speak good English. The Lifeguards at the beach were not organized. There were no brochures to give the available activities in the hotel and in the around as well.

Not great, not bad either
The hotel director’s dog stood barking in the heat all day. Smell of moist in all the rooms and all toilet seats have rotten. But - it is also a good place and we chose to stay twice. It is inexpensive and you get what you pay for. But fix the toilet seats!

The room had a partial sea veiw with a small patio but the room was small with a strange set up. The beach was rocky but the pool was excellent with good loungers and umbrellas and a bar.

Not a big holiday place.
For the money it was ok, we did not have breakfast at 10 euros, thought that was expensive for that. The hotel is clean but rather dated and it needed a slick of paint. The hotel room was good, plenty of room but the shower was not the best and the lighting had missing lampshades. The best area was the pool and beach. The beach side cafe was ok but the restaurant was rather expensive so didn't use it. Example Catch of the Day cost 50 euros and vegetables was extra. The town of Santa Marinella was a disappointment with a few restaurants that mostly served pizza, pizza and more pizza. Not a common holiday resort in my opinion but it was nice enough with a beautiful marine.

Slitet hotel med konstig inställning till gäster
Långsam service vid incheckning. Vi fick sitta och vänta för att någon skulle visa oss var vi skulle bo. Det blev en ung badvakt som inte hade något aning och provade alla dörrar i huset innan det blev rätt. Huset var i stort behov av renovering på utsidan och såg ut som ett ruckel. Man behövde nyckel även för att ta sig ut så vi kunde inte dela på oss någon gång eftersom det bara fanns en nyckel. På morgonen var vi först vid poolen men alla de bästa platserna gick inte att välja ändå. Några av dem användes inte alls under dagen. När vi senare frågade badvakten som delade ut platserna så sa han att det är ägarinnan som bestämmer det och att det är främst de som hon känner som får dessa platser. Bubbelpoolen man ser på bilderna var tom eftersom den kostade fem euro för tjugo minuter. Det positiva var fina vyer och väldigt god mat på restaurangen.

Flott basseng og uteområde. Slitte rom
Fantastisk område, flott med basseng og solsengområde i direkte tilknytning til hotellet og sjøen. Hotellet i seg selv har en til dels dårlig standard på rommet. Ville gitt selve rommet 2 stjerner. Fasiliteter (basseng, solsengområde privat og sjønærhet) får 5 stjerner. Restauranten var grei nok, men det lå flere gode restauranter i sentrum. Frokost får 3 stjerner. Service i resepsjon og i bassengområde får 5 stjerner. Renhold får 2 to stjerner. Gratis parkering på lukket område et stort pluss. Selve rommet var veldig slitt, samt at de ikke engang hadde lampeskjermer på lampene på sovedelen av rommet.

voor niet te lang verblijf ok
we hadden een appartement , dat is wel prettig want dan heb je meer ruimte. alleen er zat geen service bij. we waren er een week en in die week is er geen een x schoon beddengoed gegeven , en de handdoeken zijn 2 x gewisseld. ook de vuilniszakken zijn niet verschoond. er was geen haar föhn op de kamer die moesten we beneden halen. bij het hotel zat dat blijkbaar wel. Het personeel was vriendelijk alleen ze spraken en begrepen amper Engels. terwijl het hotel toch Engels gericht was. In de buurt was een supermarkt en een koffie barretje. verder alles op 20 minuten loop afstand.

Skip over this place. The pool and the staff are nice, but the beds are uncomfortable and the rooms smell musty. You can find much better for the price.

The hotel is run-down and lacks any kind of character. The room was extremely uncomfortable with beds as hard as floor boards, power points that did not work so electronic devices couldn't be charged, toilet leaked, towels were smelly and more like tea towels than bath towels, kitchenette supplies were far lacking with no bowls and very few glasses, no washing detergent so not sure hi what they expect us to wash up, fridge was tiny and TV was tiny. Don't bother staying. The only good thing about the hotel was that the front desk staff were very pleasant.

Comfortable Hotel next to the beach
With my 2 Kids, I stayed in a 3-bed-appartment which was very spacious for our needs. It had a little kitchen hidden in a board, that was very usefull, but not so well equiped. Still, we found everything we needed, exept dishwashing liquid and a sponge which we had to buy for our 4 nights stay... The appartment had a little balcony from which we could see the ocean. The surrounding of the room and the hotel was quiet, we could find a supermarket a 5-minutes-walk away from the hotel, also one can find a pizzeria, ice cream shops, an italien bar and different other little shops around the corner. Included in our appartment booking we got 2 beach chairs and an umbrella on the small beach that belongs to the hotel. The beach and sea is more or less rocky, only some sand has been put on the upper part of the beach. The pool is filled with saltwater which was quiet a surprise to my kids and me! The only difficulty we had, was coming by train: the train station is approximatly 2 km from the hotel, taxi is not reliably available and expensive and the public bus system is a mytery even to the employees, so my advice is to come by car, there is a free private parking directly at the hotel!f

We used the triple room and we were totally satisfied with it. There is a kitchen with full set of tools and a fridge. The supermarket is right around the corner. The swimming pool is awesome. There's no sandy beach nearby, you gonna have to walk for 10-15 minutes.

여유로운 휴양이 가능한 깔끔한 호텔
가족하고 크루즈 여행 끝난 후 출국하기전 하루 묵었습니다 호텔과 아파트로 구분되어 있었고 4명이라 아파트를 이용했습니다. 최신식 건물은 아니고 내부도 약간 허름했지만 깨끗하게 잘정돈되어 있었습니다 베란다도 있고 식기류들도 있어 이용에 편리하고 만족스러웠습니다 앞쪽 해변에 파라솔과 비치위자도 무료대여해주고 수영장도 있어서 하루만 지내기 아쉬웠습니다 친절도는.. 여자분하고 처음 체크인할때 좀 문제가 있었는데 다음날 아침 체크아웃할때까지 흔한 미소한번 안 보여주네여. 오후에 있던 남자직원은 좋았습니다

Bon Hotel pour une halte vers le sud
Nous avions réservé pour la résidence, mais nous sommes arrivé à l'hôtel et il nous a proposé une chambre car dans la résidence tout est fermé en saison, et nous avons mangé dehors donc pas besoin de cuisinière ( la seule différence entre la chambre et l'appartement apparement). Petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Bon restaurant. Nous sommes également allé à il signo à quelques rues: de bonnes pizzas et plats locaux sur place ou à emporter. Village charmant. Peu de plage à proximité.

Nettes Hotel
Das Hotel ist nett und liegt ruhig an einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße. Frühstück im EG, Restaurant und Pool gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite am Meer, schöne, kleine Anlage. Etwas Cleveres hatte das Upgrade, das wir beim Checkin erhielten. Aus dem gebuchten Dreibett-Appartement ohne Frühstück zur Einzelnutzung wurde ein normales Zimmer mit Frühstück. Für uns gut, da nur auf Durchreise, wären wir länger geblieben, wäre mir der Platz wichtiger als das Essen gewesen.

Välj annat hotell så blir ni nöjda!
Städningen var mycket dålig och trotts påpekande så brydde sug inte personalen. Kökets utrustning minimal så att laga egen mat var svårt. Det fanns bubbelpool men även detta skulle man ha betalt för vilket innebar att den var oftast tom. Personalen var allt annat än vänlig och hjälpsam. Läget var okey så även poolområdet. Välj ett annat hotell så slipper ni detta på Er semester.

Restaurang och pool området var bra, men dyrt. Lägenheten var stor men dåligt städad och sliten.Det luktade illa på Toaletten och spår av mögel i ett av sovrummen. Inget ställe vi rekomenderar.
