“Muy amables y atentos todo el personal . La habitación muy limpia y cómoda . Una sugerencia es que la máquina de hielo del piso 3 necesita limpieza y mantenimiento. El hielo salía sucio así que tuve que ir a otro piso para agarrar hielo”

“The night time general manager was very friendly and personable. She made sure we got the room we needed due to my daughter being in a wheelchair. I would stay here again.”

“Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊”

“It’s cheap. Maybe too cheap. I feel like I let my family down being cheap. It works for your budget. Really not that bad if it’s all you can afford. Like if the extra $50 per night is too much this hotel can work for you. But if I was you I will wait until you have the extra $50. If you have a family with kids. If it’s adults this wouldn’t be the worst. They do have worser hotels. This is the next step up from that.”

“A500$2 each while was put on my account when they said 100$ Bugs and hair in beds. Broken locks and just unfriendly unhelpful all around”

“Junk rooms. Dirty, nasty rooms. Dirty sheets. Dirty towels. Dirty floor. Way over priced flophouse. Do not recommend.”

“Wasn’t enough towels in the room, No lobby for morning breakfast and they require a deposit that takes 10 days to post back on your bank card! Don't think I would stay again.”

“When I arrived I immediately noticed the tv was not plugged in and then I sat down on the bed . You could feel the springs of the mattress. I stayed for 15 mins tops. The staff initially attempted to charge me for a night after only staying for 15 mins. I had to contact corp office and eventually speak with the manager to get a full refund. The manager was very friendly and apologetic. I appreciated her.”
