“Eine moderne Lodge, eine offene Küche mit Gasgrill, Kochplatz und Spüle. Das Geschirr könnte zahlreicher vorhanden sein! Im Zimmer war ein Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee. Wünschenswert wären mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten, Platz dafür ist vorhanden! Das Personal war sehr freundlich.”

“What a fabulous location. An immersive rainforest experience, with a beautiful view from our balcony. You could hear a variety of birds singing. It was music to the ears and you really felt connected with nature. If you ever decide to come to Uvita, this is the place to stay. The natural materials used in the accommodation complemented the surroundings. Very pleasing to the eye all around.”

“A place for blissful peace, mixed with tantalizing gourmet food and or cuisine of your choosing! Rosita is the breakfast cook and cleaning lady, and when I got a cold she made homemade remedies! Also Fran, the chef ordered up ideas, and took suggestions and recommendations for the food... Fran was excellent i wouldn't stay for 5 days and 4 nights a little long....”

You are perched in the middle of the rainforest overlooking the ocean on one side and mountains on the other. “Outstanding, and the perfect end to a travel and tour-filled vacation. Vayu is an idyllic retreat, nestled in the jungle, surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature. We were even visited by a pair of inquisitive toucans. The rooms are huge - clean and a bed with bedding more comfortable than home. Everything has been perfectly considered - design and integration of technology (most notably the lighting and sound systems). “This property is beautiful, tasteful, understated and in the jungle. It is small and intimate with only a few villas and attentive hosts. Villas are not large but are well appointed and very clean and comfortable. This place is a real find. Our stay was great in every way. ”

“Juan and Ana made us feel so welcome to their tropical oasis in the jungle. Now if you are looking for a place with A/C and giant TVs this is not for you. If you want to sleep immersed in the sounds of jungle, with a steam running along the property, this is the place! We have traveled the whole of Costa Rica now; this is our favorite place so far! We stayed here 3 nights of our last leg of a 14 days trip, we relaxed in the pool, amazing beautiful beaches near by, playa hermosa was my favorite,...
