Camera premium, con aria condizionata efficiente
Ottima struttura, le camere premuim sono ristrutturate e molto gradevoli, con aria condizionata e balconcino con tavolinetto. Vi è ance un angolo cottura per cui ci si può anche eventualmente cucinare.

Zona davvero stupenda!
hotel esternamente molto bella ma internamente da rivedere....sicuramente le camere ristrutturate sono molto belle ma quelle ancora da sistemare come la nostra non sono niente di eccezionale...ma cmq pulite e confortevoli....la posizione dell'hotel è eccellente nel cuore di Cala d'Or....paese davvero a misura di turista e acqua molto molto bella....forse una delle più belle di Palma di Maiorca.....

ottimo hotel a due passi dal mare
Ho soggiornato all'esmeralda park dal 06/07/14 al 13/07/14. Settimana perfetta, hotel semplice ma funzionale con due grandi piscine e una piscina per i bambini. Si affaccia direttamente sulla splendida cala esmeralda. Il personale è sempre cortese e disponibile e la cucina, nonostante sia una struttura internazionale, era davvero ottima. Colazione e cena abbondantissimi. Lo consiglierei soprattutto alle famiglie.

Relaxing hotel in fabulous setting
1 settimana rilassante in un comodissimo appartamento. Con un panorama stupendo con una piccola spiaggia attaccato al complesso e piscine per chi non piace alla sabbia. Ideale anche per famigile con intrattenimento per bimbi la sera, vicino anche ai negozi. Un ora di macchina dal aeroporto. Comodo anche come punto di partenza per esplorare la costa est dell' isola. Lo staff era sempre gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo. 1 relaxing week spent in a wonderful comfortable apartment. Fabulous scenery with small beach right in front of hotel & swimming pools for those who'd prefer no sand. Great also for families with entertainment for kids in the evenings, close to strip of shops. An 1 hour drive from airport. Great place to explore east coast from. Staff super friendly & helpful. Highly recommended.

Camere molto grandi e confortevoli, adatte a famiglie. Ristorante con buffet ben assortito e curato; personale di sala professionale e molto disponibile. Molto bella la struttura nel suo insieme.

Rezeption wusste bei Ankunft nichts von unserer Expedia Buchung und wollte Bestätigungsmail sehen und weitergeleitet bekommen (obwohl vom Hotel selbst 2 Tage vorher die Frage nach unserer Ankunft kam). Leider bekamen wir dann ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss dass sehr unangenehm roch. Das Hotel ist etwas Massentourismus mit nicht ausreichend Liegen am Pool, nicht ausreichend Parkplätze, 500 Personen Speiseraum wo man sich immer gehetzt vorkam. Sobald das Besteck abgelegt wurde kam jemand und zog den Teller weg obwohl man noch am Essen war. Einziger Lichtblick war der KiddieClub mit super Animation für die Kleinen.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Die Bucht direkt davor ist wunderschön und Ostern noch nicht zu überlaufen. Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Im Speisesaal war es teilweise ziemlich laut. Die Angestellten waren alle immer sehr freundlich!

Ein fantastisches Hotel, sehr saubere Zimmer, auch das restliche Gelände ist sehr gepflegt. Das Hotelpersonal ist zuvorkommend und bemüht, den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Wir haben jede Minute in dieser Unterkunft genossen und waren auch begeistert vom wunderschönen Strand, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es ist eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage, die sich perfekt für Familienferien eignet. Die Leute im Hotel sind freundlich und alles ist sauber. Die Badebucht ist wunderschön und mit vielen Fischen bevölkert. Wir haben das Baden und Schnorcheln genossen. Auch das Essen war gut und vielfältig. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort Ferien verbringen.

Rooms are outdated and the pool area is extremely crowded! We had breakfast included and tried it the first morning, never came back again and went to one of the nearby restaurants instead as the quality and selection was simply way below acceptable standard .. all in all a very disappointing experience

It is a good experience
Our first room had an awful mold odor that made my spouse sick. We went to reception and they immediately looked for another room and changed us. They have lots of entertainment for kids but there is so much of Mallorca to see that you want to rent a car and explore the island. We did that. Appreciated the free parking lot on the side next to M apartments. The breakfast was alright. Hit or miss on some days. One day they had great vegetarian options, the other day it was like a pork fest.

Unser Appartement war genau richtig für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern und wurde täglich hervorragend gereinigt. Das Essen beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen war erstklassig, sowohl die Auswahl an Speisen als auch die Qualität! Die Lage direkt am Strand und der Pool waren für uns ebenfalls perfekt und die Kinder haben gerne das Angebot der Kinderanimation genutzt. Einziger Kritikpunkt für uns war die Nähe einer großen Hüpfburg außerhalb der Hotelanlage, die täglich aufgeblasen wurde. Das Gebläse war leider sehr laut, so dass man leider den schönen Balkon nicht nutzen konnte und erst abends ab 23 Uhr Ruhe hatte. Insgesamt ein super Hotel, das wir empfehlen können!

A wonderful resort with gorgeous swimming pools, plenty of seating and eating areas, as well as direct access to the beach a few steps away. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean. We loved it and will be back !

Absolutely fabulous last minute holiday here with grandchildren. Perfect in every way… location, facilities and entertainment was excellent even though it was last week of the season. Hope to return in the near future with other family members and would recommend to anyone considering a holiday in Majorca.
