Personale poco preparato e poco disponibile. Alla reception c’e solo una persona e quindi per il check-in, il check-out o per chiedere delle info facevamo mezz’ora di coda. Le signore delle pulizie in camera per una settimana intera si sono sempre dimenticate di metterci shampoo, bagnoschiuma, ecc... quindi meglio portarseli da casa. Questo hotel è più da soggiorni per affari ma non da vacanza perché non hanno un’assistenza clienti adeguata e neanche un ufficio che organizzi tour. Quindi è tutto molto complicato perché non ti senti seguito.

Regarding your comment about tours, we are pleased to inform you that we provide these services through our Guest Experience Department, located at the Lobby, near the Front Desk. We would be so glad to help you to organize one on your next visit. Also you may ask for tours before your arrival, by contacting the hotel or through Expedia Message Center.
