“Just back from a lovely stay in Villa Eureka with friends. The place was spotless and there was a lovely welcoming pack. The villa is 3 levels and the stairs are quite steep which was not an issue with us but maybe young and old may struggle. Any questions/issues we had which were few, were dealt with immediately. Bed were very comfortable and lots of bathrooms and toilets to choose from. An excellent stay 5*”

“Great location. Only negative is that you have to pay extra for the bedding? We have never experienced this before and thought it was a bit naughty to get extra cash. Wouldnt of booked it if Id known bedding wasnt included. But after the initial misunderstanding we payed the extra for the bedding and had a great few nights. Wouldn't go back on principal though. Everywhere I have booked since my friends ask does this one include bedding?? Standard joke now.”

“We spent one week in this peaceful hideaway surrounded by hills and nature. Our house was spacious, artfully decorated and with view on the hills and on our own pond. On hot days you can enjoy the swimming pool. Our host Heidi is a very kind person. She was always friendly and helpful. Quinta do Arte is 10min drive from Tavira and the beach. Definitely recommended!”

“We loved the beautiful house and yard. It was a great place to hang out as a family. Lots of games and we had tournaments of bocce and ping pong. The tables inside and pool side were perfect for our family reunion of 8. The location to the amazing beach and colourful cliff walks were a short walk. The tapas restaurant and the fresh pastries from across the street were delicious. I hope to return. The owners were delightful and easy to get in touch with.”

“Had a lovely stay in Cabanas in this traditional Portuguese house in a small town. Everything was within walking distance. Close to the boardwalk and ferry across Ria Formosa lagoon to the beach. Two wonderful terraces. Nicely decorated with artistic touches. We had a few issues that required us to contact the owner who responded immediately. Would recommend to others!”

“We had a reservation from 12.08.2022 until 14.08.2022 by a private owner of an appartment (121) whose owner is Sylvie Gaspar (if this is her real name, the appartment number was the 121). We booked trhough the website vrbo and we received a message from her, that the key was under the door mat. However, when we arrived, there was no key and it appeared that someone was already staying there. “La casa, risultato della ristrutturazione di ambienti non idonei ad essere abitati, si sviluppa su due livelli non adeguatamente e facilmente fruibili specialmente da una famiglia composta da persone con età maggiore di anni sessanta. “Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean, good facilities and utilities (TV, washing machine, cooker, hob etc). Fantastic roof top terrace and a great location, convenient to town centre and local amenities. Excellent communication with host throughout, would not hesitate in recommending to others. Great all round experience.”
