“NIce location in Bradenton, close to beaches, IMG and everything, Common areas are quite nice with clubhouse, barbecues, swimming pools, tennis, jacuzzi. Good place to rest and take it easy. Rooms are quite spacious and complete of everything. Decoration and furniture is OK; proper but nothing fancy. Good option for families with kids. Definitively good value for money.”

“My husband and I had a great stay. Alice is a very thoughtful and responsive host. As others have mentioned, we were greeted with a welcoming basket. “This property is a simple two room studio. Queen size bed which we found very comfortable. The A/C is a wall unit and was a bit lacking but there is a box fan in the room and that made a huge difference. It is situated between what appeared to be two permanent residence. Not a problem at all, just would be nice to have known that. It is perfectly situated in the middle of Siesta Key Village. Steps from SKOB and all the village things. Maybe .20 of a mile from the beach which was nice and quiet....
