Resort a Sarasota

“Tried to get into our room at 4 pm check in and room was not available until 5:30. Dinner reservation at 6 pm and early 11 am check out. Not very relaxing overnight, no time to chill before dinner and then early night.”

“They’re should be more umbrellas at the pools and also since there are 2 pools one should be for adults only and the other for families with children”

“The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge.”

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“Bar was closed, no drinks food or music at the pool. Pool had algae, kids water pad had algae, couch in room stained, room furniture looked seriously used, refrigerator with dings all over the door, no airport shuffle as advertised, food was very expensive and sub par, keys would not wk, had to get new keys daily/nightly, would not recommend staying in this hotel. Expedia did not accept any accountability regarding “no airport shuttle” or simply vetting the facility. I was on the phone with them...

“Hosts were very nice and accommodating. The bungalow was nicer than we expected. Easy short walk to beach access. Great hot tub and pool in shape of Mickey. Location close to a number of restaurants and Northern, quieter, more upscale area of island. My only issue was landscapers with two chainsaws in the middle of afternoon cut into our time to enjoy time at the pool.”

“Our multi-family group loved this property - each family had private accommodations and the shared spaces were great for time together. The private dock and kayaks were a highlight. The kitchens had everything we needed for meals and the owners were great with their communications. ”
