“Excellent facilities and outstanding cleanliness. We had a nice family holiday there”

“The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. The only advantage i saw, this hotel is located litterly around the corner of the thermal spa. The outside property of this hotel is...

“Buona struttura, proprietario gentile e disponibile. Avevo prenotato la camera più grande lato cortile, invece abbiamo avuto la camera lato strada, senza spiegazioni. Fortunatamente la zona è silenziosa. In settembre con pioggia e vento la camera era molto fredda. ”

“What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. A heads up to those booking, it is a large and wonderful outdoor campus so the map is very useful!!! We felt very at home with the decor and the dining room/kitchen was out of this world!”

“Alles wunderbar, außer der Check in- keine Besetzung der Rezeption um 15 Uhr ( lt. Expedia bis 20 Uhr besetzt), Code hatten wir auch keinen erhalten. Bis war das telefonisch klären konnten standen wir lange in der Kälte vor der Türe! Bei der Rückkehr vom Abendessen mussten wir feststellen dass die meisten Türen nicht mit dem Schlüssel zu öffnen waren, da diese schlicht nur mit Code funktionieren, das geht besser!”

“Super Hotel, vorallem die große (ehemalige Tennis-)Halle mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Babies und Kinder zum Spielen (Bällebad, Hupfburg, Klettergerüst, Arcade-Spiele, Trampolin, ...). Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. Einrichtung und Deko ist jetzt nicht super modern, aber sauber und gepflegt.”
