“Fun place to stay. Stayed in one of the wagons and it was cute. Great views all over the property. The animals are all over and visible wherever you go. The saloon was fun, food tasted amazing from the restaurant!”

“The elevator wasn’t working the night we arrived but it was the next morning. No cold water in the bathroom sink. The shower curtain was slightly dirty. The staff was good. The breakfast was good.”

“Only one elevator working! One ice machine, located on 3rd floor, all the way at very end of the corridor!! Breakfast, at best, passable and discontinued Exactly at 9am, no minute or 2 leeway!! All staff associates, especially room cleaning associates, excellent!! Wouldn’t choose again to stay that Comfort Inn!!”

“I made reservations very far in advance only to find when checking in late in the afternoon that the hotel was full and I was given a handicap room. These rooms are geared for wheelchairs and counters are higher, commode seats are higher, no bedside lighting all lighting overhead and bright!!”

“First room asssigned the aC was not working but we persevered the first night due to exhaustion and believing it just needed time. The next morning I called front desk and reported they stated they had no maintenance on deck and she could move me immediately, which she did within 10 mins. So outside of the first night the resolution turnaround was fantastic wish I would have noticed the AC when I checked in but we were out preparing for graduation the following morning. I’d like to be comped...

“Para hacer check in espere 20 minutos porque la persona del escritorio estaba platicando, nos trató prepotente y asta cierto grado un poco discriminatorio. La habitación estada en malas condiciones, la puerta del baño no cierra bien, la bañera llena de óxido, los colchones pésimos imposible descansar y se podían sentir los resortes en el cuerpo. y la carpeta estaba sucia. Jamás usaré sleep in otra vez. fue una terrible experiencia. ”
