“We stayed at the wagons, it was clean, property is beautiful. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Did not get to use the pool but it looked nice. A lot of outdoor activities, so don't forget sunblock and mosquito repellent. They were getting ready to open a food area, is going to make it even better. ”

“Rooms was clean, staff asked preference of floor which was a first for me! Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked so well. Few things are room smelled a little off and the toilet kept running but other than that a good hotel for our overnight stay!”

“I drove to Waco from Beaumont, Texas to attend my grand-daughter"s college graduation. After dealing with highway construction, I was too tired to enjoy my normal swimming in a hotel pool. But the hotel room was so clean, so comfortable and so quiet that I slept until Saturday morning. The breakfast was very good bagels, crean cheese, sausage, and a choice of juices plus with fresh fruit.”

“There was no water in the pool. Breakfast was not that great. There were chips on our floor like it hadn’t been vacuumed. No wash rags. The staff was friendly. Sheets and towels were clean. The toilet seat was broken.”

“Parking was fine and very close to Baylor. When we got to the room, the sheets were stained. Headed to the bathroom and only had two towels and one washcloth even though we indicated 4 people would be staying in that room. Our other room had no shower curtain and when we called for one the staff handed us the curtain and walked away expecting us to hang it ourselves. ”

“The place did not feel safe at all. It looked like people were living there, including homeless individuals. There was spit in the elevator, a pile of human poop in the parking lot, and people were throwing trash out of the windows. Regardless of how “cheap” it may be, I would not stay here again.”

“Very welcoming and clean in the front lobby. Room was a bit dirty but nothing too bad. AC blew cold, but when it stopped, the room got extremely hot. There was no in between”
