“Very clean and modern unit. I really appreciated the coffee and condiments. Fully stocked kitchen with small stove and oven. Amazing water pressure in shower. Didn’t need for much except maybe foil or plastic wrap to keep my leftovers. Great communication with host. Parking was tight if other tenants didn’t stay inside their designated lines. And front gate would not stay latched, but overall pleasant stay. Perfect for two adult guests. ”

“Unit is very spacious and comfortable for three adults. You will pay an extra fee for any additional guests over two, even though the unit is advertised as sleeping for four. “Cozy little cabin! Stayed with my husband and two dogs for 4 weeks! I didn't realize until we arrived that the house was located near a major bike blvd/protected bike lane which made so much of Berkeley and Oakland accessible. We took advantage of all the great restaurants/cafes that were walking/biking distance away (La Note, Imm, Rose Pizzeria, and more). “The facility and room were clean, but that’s only good thing about this “boutique” Inn. There is no insulation so you can hear everything, I mean “everything.” They charge you $30 parking/day which they did not disclose on their listing. There was no A/C in the building, which also not mentioned at the time of booking. The room faces into the easement and with no screen, you cannot even open windows. “The view” from our room was plumbing pipes and weeds. We woke up with leak from upstairs...
