“The heating system needed some work.”

“The property has no signage on the outside so was difficult to know if we were at the correct place booked. Booked a king size bed for 2 (husband and wife), was given an accessible room with two queens. Although there was a Keurig coffee maker in the room, there were no cups and no decaf pods. I went and asked for decaf and was told they didn’t have any. I had to push to get them to make me some decaf as I was cold. The bath towels were thin, the beds were sloppily made. “This was a 2 star hotel but the pictures are deceiving, we got there late from a 5 and a half hour drive. I made the reservation and we were checked in fast. We were on the 2nd floor which was fine but the stairs we used were horribly unlevel. We entered the room and i immediately heard something running it was the toilet , a couple cons the towels were stained, the heater took a minute to get running good and it was a colder night. Fridge barely worked. Pros it was cheap, the shower did stay...
