“The suite is awesome. We especially enjoyed the patio. The property is in a great location. Anything you need is within walking distance. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property.”

“The location is great. It’s right in the middle of everything that’s happening. Caution for people who are sensitive to sound because there is a bar nearby that plays live music. There are earplugs provided. My suggestion would be not use the earplugs at all and go down and watch the live music because the bands that they’ve had since I have been here are awesome. “When searching for a place to stay in Sayulita for 3 weeks, we were looking for a pool, ac, a location that allowed us to easily walk into town but was separate from the chaos, in an authentically Mexican styled building. We got all that and more. Xochitlan does a great job of combining modern amenities with Mexican charm. “The toilet was dirty. The glasses were dirty. Missing a towel rode. Never did get wifi. When I said something the response was lacklustre. Sorry, when I walk into a place and there’s cootys on the toilet I have an issue! I understand the challenges but my opinion made no difference. If you want to be close to the beach and don’t really care, this the place for you. There’s a band/DJ right underneath your balcony that goes till midnight every night, fyi. Didn’t bother me. “Beautiful location. On the beach in less than a minute. Close to everything, but away from the late night noise (you can hear some music from the street in the evening, but that was great!)Would definitely recommend this property and the restaurant downstairs!”

“Really great spot that is walking distance to town. A lot quieter and less busy than downtown. fantastic pool. Noisy neighbours (barn animals) so I recommend bringing ear plugs. The space has everything you need. ”
