“The apartment was not as listed. It was grubby and in serious need of updating. No instructions on how to use anything. No safety equipment such as a fire alarm, fire blanket etc. on arrival the WiFi and tv were not working and the cooker wasn’t. I contacted the owner who ignored me. I contacted vrbo who were responsive. We spent 4 days of our holiday waiting in for things to be fixed. On the 3rd day the cooker blew up and all the gas emptied out of the cylinder through the 4 hobs into the room....

“Wonderful and Relaxing Stay at Bacolod Beach! I had such a nice and relaxing stay at Bacolod Beach. I really enjoyed all the amenities, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The restaurant was great, and everything about the place just felt comfortable and peaceful. One of my favorite parts of the stay was waking up in the morning to the sound of birds, and falling asleep to the waves from the ocean.
