“I got bedbug bites and when trying to report it, the front desk staff ignored my request when I stated I wanted to speak with a manager. A coworker staying in the same hotel had bedbug bites in his room as well.”

“This is a valet parking only hotel. Be prepared pay $25-35 parking per night. Ac did not work in room. Sweat all night. ”

“From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were very impressed. The staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast was pretty darn good. The rooms were perfect. It’s a newer building and it shows. It looks great and feels great and is very comfortable.”

“Enjoyed my stay with only one big issue. The bed mattress was not comfortable. I travel a lot and this was most surprising. The mattress felt like a cheaper brand not hard , not soft just uncomfortable.”

“Checked into my room and as I tried to open the door of the cabinet where the fridge was , the door almost came off the hinges . Took pics and videos of the unhinged door and showed it to the front desk and they gave me a 25 percent ($30) discount on the booking rate . I am still waiting for Expedia to give me the credit !!!”

“Severely deteriorated hotel as a whole. I complained about bed bugs and requested another room but was never given one and unfortunately i wake up early so had no choice but to try to make due. Breakfast was extremely minimal which wasnt the biggest deal but there was very obvious damage and filth throughout the whole hotel. They need to close it down and renovate it before the health department shuts them down. Safe to say that I wont be staying again.”
