“Hardly any hot water, night stand was cracked in half, front desk was unable to answer our question, the amenities that came with the the room weren’t there.”

“Fantastic amenities!! Free food and drinks in the evening and free hot buffet breakfast in morning. Food was great! Nice pool and hot tub and the room was super clean and nice!! I would definitely stay here again!!”

“The A/C either didn’t work or didn’t work well. I told the staff and nothing changed. It was doable but not great.”

“I noticed immediately how dirty it was. Then as I was touring the apartment the shower was dirty and had paint peeling and 6 inch strips along with rusty metal lung to the bottom. I had bought $ worth of groceries for the week when I get back to the room the very next day from work, I realize the fridge was not cold enough to keep my food at a safe temperature. The milk I had just bought was already curdled. The cheese was limping melted, and I had to throw away all the food in the fridge. Then...

“Noisy at night, air conditioner leaked onto the bed, soaking the linens. Poor communication with staff. Do not recommend this property.”

“We had a great stay at The Olentangy. It was convenient to The Stadium, within walking distance. It was easy to navigate around the area as well. Nice surprise of breakfast sandwiches and delicious coffee shop. The noise level was minimal, the beds were comfortable. The floors were a bit dirty and the fridge did a weird flashing of the light all night long, but wouldn't deter us from staying. Overall great pick!”
