Of the three bath towels provided, two were dirty; the bathtub was so filthy that it was completely unusable for bathing. My room was situated right next to the restaurant, and the soundproofing was so poor that I was woken up early in the morning by the noise of people eating breakfast. There was hardly anything edible at breakfast; half of the equipment at the buffet station was broken, and...
