“This was a wonderful home to stay in! Beautiful neighborhood and great location. So close to the ocean and nearby restaurants and cafes. Loved the hot tub and giant couch! The hosts were very communicative and kind. This home does need a little love. Biggest challenges were a lack of storage space for our things, no blinds on the back door in the primary bedroom (privacy!) and the living room tv was basically nonfunctional.”

“Beautiful property with excellent amenities (new appliances and bathrooms). Deck chairs were a bit old but everything else was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a family. Home is steps off hwy 9 but it was still amazing and a great location to get to lots of beautiful redwood park’s and Santa Cruz boardwalk and wharf.”

“The place was perfect! Our cars never left the area once we arrived. We spent our time between the house and the beach! There was ample amount of dishes and silverware for the amount of people the house sleeps. There was some beach stuff too which was perfect! There was a Very small list of negatives 1.the oven part of the stove didn’t work right and we couldn’t use it. But the stove top worked fine. 2. The ice machine would pop out and all yellow/brown ice cub once in a while and not sure why....

“Very clean and easy to find. Close to downtown, a walking path and the Boardwalk. Just as advertised. The main street was a bit noisey and busy, but fortunately the windows, when closed, minimized much of it.”

“Hard surfaces and refrigerator were very clean, but area rugs and stair/second floor carpet were extremely dirty and stained. Upstairs shower rod was very rusted causing flecks of rust to drop when moving the shower curtain. 3 propane tanks outside were virtually empty requiring us to replace one so we could grill”

“This property is fabulous! Being on Soquel Creek, even with people strolling the Riverwalk, was so peaceful and enjoyable! Parking spaces in Capitola are amazing and this had space for 2 if needed. And it all looks exactly like the pictures. We so enjoyed staying here and hated to leave! Would definitely recommend and return ourselves.”
