I did not partake, but I did see other guests having food Cons - Damage to various parts of room. - Check-in not ideal. 3pm is hotel policy. At 330pm room not ready, key in hand at 350pm. - Staff provided the typical upstate insincere politeness mixed with a touch of sass. - Pre check-in was useless. -...

“The hotel is going under renovations and the pictures on the Internet are not at all the same as the hotel. I felt it was abit over priced for a basic room especially during Reno’s The front desk staff were not very friendly when we checked The beds were very comfy and the breakfast was good with lots of choices. The coffe was the best we’ve had at a hotel buffet. ”
