“During the recent heat wave, my room was extremely warm and the fan they provided did not work to cool the room. They need to have fans that work because the upper rooms in the hotel were too hot. I checked out early.”

“I moved to this hotel because they told me they had a working fan and a view of the sea with adequate sea breeze to cool off the room. The room was extremely warm and the fan did not work very well and I had to stay there for two nights with an extremely warm room also the the hotel is a bit rundown and the carpet in the room had stains.”

“We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. Room ok, The hotels inability to provide a fridge even when it's for critical-for-life medicines is a bit troublesome and will probably force me to stay elsewhere when I'm back in Ayr later this year. “House was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Was met by one of the owners, who was very welcoming and she gave me my key and some useful information. The room (a small double) was beautiful and looked out onto the main room. Bed was comfy and had a great night's sleep. Only 2 issues, plug sockets are all very low to the carpet and I struggled to use them, as I have health issues. Other issue was the shower.
