“The place was great. I bought the breaker buffet and was disappointed that more than one there was no food at 8am. There was a lady running it the only time it was stocked. The other times, I had to wait, was told to just order what I want, or just not get the items I wanted. That was my only issue. ”

“Ho prenotato un monolocale con una cucina. All'arrivo ci hanno dato una camera familiare con due letti singoli. La camera prenotata io dovrebbe avere un letto king size visto che eravamo due adulti. Ho spiegato al reception diverse volte e sempre loro risposta era we will inform management. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni senza nessun soluzione e ultimo giorno ci hanno rimborsato 15 £. Pulizia della camera non è abbastanza. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato capelli in bagno e il pavimento non lavato....

“Average hotel but what let it down was: a) the check-in filling out forms when all provided at time of booking. Reception taking photos of credit cards with personal phones is risky and not standard. b) after asking 3 times with 2 different reception staff to get the heater turned off in my room (roasting) as the controls did not work on the radiator. Nothing happened and not fixed over a couple of days”

“The hotel is to undergo a referbishment in a months time. Our room was dreadful, with holes in the walls a television you could not watch as it was facing the ground. The furniture was very damaged”

“It was a perfect fit for us as we visited family in the area. Lots of shopping nearby on high street. Many great places to grab a pint. Highly recommended. ”

“Terribile, letto scomodo, cuscini non confortevoli, caldo insopportabile per mancanza di aria condizionata, pulizie inesistenti, bagno senza specchio, asciugacapelli mancante e scarsa fornitura di shampoo, bagno schiuma, sapone e caffè. Sono scappato dopo pochi giorni.”

“L"hotel molto antico e poco manutenzionato, il sabato è la domenica nn c"e nessuno ti dicono che se serve qualcosa di chiedere al pub ma. In realtà nn sanno nulla.. Io avevo bisogno dell"asciugacapelli(assente in camera) ho dovuto aspettare lunedi per averlo, la camera carina e caratteristica ma poco pulita... I cucchiaini e le mug del tè erano luridi, il cibo ottimo, la colazione abbondante ma poca scelta sia per chi nn vuole fare la tipica inglese sia per i bambini. ”
