“This is a budget hotel so I kept my expectations low. It's easy to find and even though it's right off the interstate, it's not very noisy. That's probably because the in-room old style AC unit is making a fairly loud hum, and it runs continuously because this is Texas summer. The room is mostly clean except for a medium size spider in the wash area outside the bathroom. There are cobwebs too which means those corners have not been cleaned for at least a week. “Great stay for the price! You can’t beat it! Everything was spotless and the service was exceptional! I didn’t have the breakfast, but I saw the continental set up! Will definitely stay again!”

“I know there is remodeling going on, but this place was subpar. Leaving doors open for workers caused my room to be humid. No door handles on doors for basic passage through was tough.”

“I was traveling in Texas to go to my uncle's memorial and my aunt made my mom reservations at the same hotel I was staying at. That was okay, but my mother arrived at the hotel before me, made with completely different reservations under different names and upon her request, the receptionist changed my room to be on the same floor as hers WITHOUT calling me to ask me if that was okay or if I even knew the person making the request. “Pool was perfect for a morning swim with my grandson, gym was nice and clean and Josh at the front counter was very helpful!”

“Overall, the stay was generally okay, but there were two notable issues. First, the floor had some grime, which is somewhat typical for a motel room but still noticeable. Second, the plumbing seems inactive for a while because when first turning on the shower or faucet, or after flushing the toilet, the water initially runs yellow-brown. Fortunately, it clears up and runs clean in less than a minute.”

“The AC did not work. There was no soap, no shampoo nobody soap we stayed in the room for about one hour and decided to leave and go elsewhere.”

“The back door didn’t lock and there was no shower curtain in the tub so water went everywhere. The bathroom was dirty and there was a roach in the room probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.”

“There is a mini fridge in the room and a microwave. The coffee is only available in the lobby. There is a market in the lobby for convenience.”

“I arrived and the room we were assigned was not up to par did not smell clean furniture was in very poor condition toilet was leaking. This hotel needs a whole renovation you are charging premium prices and your hotel does not meet the standards! Pictures are deceiving, They were able to accommodate us to another room that was in better shape. I did give hotel staff 5 stars for taking care of us. Hotel is not worth the money we paid unfortunately.”
