Hotel a Sealy

“Have stayed here before, property is cleaned, staff is nice. I also find it located well for restaurants, shopping, etc. Kriss and Colleen are always so nice. The pool was clean and refreshing after a long day of exploring. This doesn't refer to me, but wouldn't recommend for wheelchair bound guests. Doesn't appear to be very handicapped accessible .”

“The staff are so friendly, the room was very clean, had a few wear/tears here and there but not bothersome. Parking was sufficient, but the bed!!!! Omg!! Best sleep of my life kinda bed. So soft. I will definitely be back!! ”

“Clean Towel had wad of black hair inside when opened to use after shower. I’m bald and my wife is a blonde, not ours. Second towel was stained with black marks, but appeared otherwise clean. Traded them in for cleanish towels after realizing they were not fully clean. Floor was so dirty that both my wife and I took a wash cloth to wipe off our feet after shower so as to avoid black marks when we got in bed. Floors were laminate but didn’t appear to have been mopped correctly. Refrigerator...

“Breakfast assistant was a delightful lady who was VERY helpful and kept the area clean and stocked!! Air conditioner in room struggled to reduce the humidity in the room We only had 2 large towels and a wash cloth. No hand towels”

“Upon checking out this particular hotel you will not be able to receive a receipt at checkout to confirm zero balance owed or any information showing checkout was confirmed, you will just have to take their word. The front desk explained this has to do with their system. I just find it hard to believe I was not able to confirm my charge hold would be released and no receipt showing and I didn’t owe any monies.”

“We didn’t check in cause the room smelled like bleach and my daughters thought the room was the same as the tv series my name is earl.”

“Could use some attention in the rooms. Mattress was hard and lumpy. Ottoman, sheets & comforter needs replacing. I can't speak for every room just the one we were in. Everyone was super nice and it's a very clean everywhere else ”

“Room had a musty smell....had to keep the A/C thermostat on 62 degrees to overcome the smell. Picture in bedroom was very dirty and had a dried substances on it ....very nasty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Humidity is high and pace is not clean. I should ask for my money back. We had no other pace to stay or we would have left this hotel.”

“First and foremost, the receptionist was extremely rude and talk to me like I was ignorant. I’ve never had an issue with checking in when I use Expedia, but he couldn’t figure out for some reason how to get my booking situated. I was stuck at the front desk for way too long, trying to get it figured out and then he finally figured out what he was doing wrong on his end., they will ask you for a deposit, even though you go to Expedia, which is ridiculous, the ice machine didn’t work at all, and...

“Room was clean and tidy. Shower had nowhere to store shampoo, conditioner or soap. Has a cute kitchenette. If you plan to cook, you need to provide your own cookware.”
