“Ive been drug down threw there with Expedia and I'm letting them... Problem after problem after problem and the staff doesn't know how to fix anything. The phone help hotline is terrible and slow and the online chat help center is even worse!!! But I keep TRYING to book with them....”

“After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. I pulled the top sheet back and there was a drop of bright red blood on the bottom sheet. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no hand soap and there was an unknown spot on the hand towel. I went to the check in window which said “no refunds” and a woman came to...

“When we arrived they could not find my reservation. We asked for non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky. The toilet was wobbly. We had to walk all the way around the main building just to get ice. (Said that the back entrance was out of order.) No one came to change the trash the whole time we were there.”
