“We have stayed in one of these units before and we were drawn back due to the low price and location! It is only a few blocks from the promenade. The room was immaculate! Super comfy bed, plenty of clean towels, a little fireplace that comes on when the thermostat is set to heat, everything you would need in the little kitchenette including a Keurig. Highly recommend renting from any of these units! ”

“This property is in a great location in Seaside and overall we had an OK stay. The property is very outdated. Things were old and pretty sparse. For three of us in a double queen room, there were only two chairs at a small dining table in addition to the beds so not many places to sit and relax. We brought our small dog, which was nice, although they use some kind of room deodorizer that was overpowering and very strong. I had a headache the first night from it. “Nice property! Loved being right on the river. Close to everything and all the staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Breakfast was lacking compared to what other hotels offer in terms of variety. We got caught twice at the pool where there were no clean towels. I would say bring your own from home if possible as there is no daily room service, so you would be caught trying to find someone looking for extras if you bring them from your room. “Very nice and relaxing! Within walking distance to a lot! They were able to accommodate our big family with adjoining rooms which was nice!”

“The room was clean but the glasses smelled or liqour. The pool was a nice temperature and not crowded when we went. Hot tub was hot and they always kept towels coming.”

“It was a cute motel, it’s like an upgraded motel with how it looks and the bar in the lobby. I did like how they can deliver breakfast to your door in the mornings. The mattress itself was very uncomfortable as it sinks in really low and the pillows are high so it did hurt my back — we only did 2 nights. I would say there again but probably no more than 2 nights. ”

“The staff was welcoming, room was great, loved the pool/hot tub. Only slight complain is I could hear people upstairs and in the hallway. Probably the noisiest hotel I’ve been in, but wasn’t the end of the world. Not like there’s anything the staff can do about it, it’s how it was built. Other than that, I’d recommend staying here. It’s walking distance to everything. ”
