“We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little inn. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was full of thoughtful touches—including a sound machine, which we set to ocean waves. It completely drowned out any highway noise, making for a peaceful night’s sleep. We’ll absolutely be back!”

“It’s literally a hidden gem. People probably are avoiding booking it because there aren’t a lot of reviews that’s simply because it’s brand new and it definitely looks and feels that way. It was so clean and it was perfect location and space for my family. I absolutely will only stay here going forward when I am visiting Santa Barbara.

We also had washer/dryer and kitchen which made our stay convenient. And we loved the rooftop seating! Only slight complaint is that living room furniture was not very comfortable for our movie night (couch and chairs are small, don't have headrests and are not oriented toward TV). But we made it work. We enjoyed our stay!”

“Simpson House Inn is a unique property. We stayed in the Garden Room which was private and comfortable. The Gardens are wonderful and very relaxing. Fresh baked afternoon scones and later appetisers were delicious and unexpected. Home cooked breakfast was also excellent and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. Safe parking on site.
