“A conduzione familiare,il posto é meraviglioso,curato nei minimi particolari.Siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria calorosamente.Ci ha fatto scegliere la camera che preferivamo e ci ha offerto un caffè con due cup cake nella sala relax.Ci ha dato anche indicazioni su dove cenare e su come muoverci.La camera é piccola ma funzionale,con set per la preparazione di the o caffè con biscotti e caramelle.La colazione é varia ed abbondante.Se dovessimo capitare in zona ci torneremo di sicuro.”

“Such a lovely property, in a beautiful building, beautiful area, and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spotless and tidy and the beds, comfortable. We can't recommend this property enough. The only slight sadness is that the bathrooms are so small (can't be helped) and the main room doesn't serve breakfast. While it is offered in bedrooms, the common room on the ground floor is beautiful and larger, with the perfect table to invite people to greet one another and build community. ”

“On arrival the owners were very welcoming greeting us by our names giving it that personal touch. The rooms are light fresh and clean but most importantly we’re ready for us when we checked in. The location of the property is perfect as it is close to the beach. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it to set us up for the day. We will definitely recommend staying there to friends and family ”

“It has no restuarant or bar meals and nearest pub/eatery is miles away. Rooms are clean and recently painted but otherwise tired. Plumbing is a bit suspect.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...

“Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou”
