“I thought it was a good hotel until I found not 1 but 2 pairs of underwear in the closet.The front desk couldn’t do anything and the GM just sent a message saying she was sorry.”

“The staffs were very helpful & nice-frontdesks(night, day, weekdays, weekend) & housekeeper. The towels,sheets, bed cover & blankets were at least 10-15 yrs old. The blanket was full of holes a man’s thumb can poke into each easily. The fridge was super filthy with black molds. i cleaned it for an hour so i can use it. Yet, it was still dirty. I wanted to rest but couldnt, due to the adjustment i had to deal with in the room. The bedside lamp was broken & the outlet was down i had to use...

“Stanze grandi ma un po' spoglie anche se con cucinotto annesso. Letti rumorosi e scomodi. Parcheggio sotto le finestre delle stanze fonte di rumore specie la mattina presto. Alla richiesta di potere lasciare i bagagli in albergo per qualche ora dopo il check-out il personale ha risposto di no adducendo come scusa la mancanza di spazio idoneo.”

“Exactly as described. The room was clean. The bathtub had jets, and it was beautifully clean. The shower was large. It was a large room, and the TV was big and the bed was comfortable. Yeah, it was a good room!”

“Nice quiet clean hotel, with super comfy beds!!! Breakfast in the morning, coffee bar all day and into the evening. Casino across the street, a few fast food restaurants with in walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. Staff very friendly, grounds tidy. ”

“I work overnights. I came back to the room to shower before check out. Fell asleep, missed 1030am call from front desk. I did wake up when the rooms door was opened by inn employee”

“The location was great was able to walk to places to eat, coffee and cocktails. Such a pretty area loved all the boats while out walking in the AM and the sunset were amazing. Very clean and well maintained.”

“Hotel looked much newer and nicer than pictures shown on Expedia. Hotel is older and in need of upgrades. The first floor had an awful smell and fans were blowing in the hallway. Luckily, we were in the top floor, which had a better smell. The surrounding area had some interesting looking people to say the least. We were fortunate enough that the hotel was quiet and we at least got a good night of sleep.”

“A lovely place to stay in the quaint town of Langley. We arrived before checkin and walked around the shops and ate lunch. Staff were very helpful and even packed a to go breakfast since we were leaving before the breakfast buffet was open. Upon arrival on Whidbey island we did a 4 mile coastal hike at Ebbey's state park that was spectacular. Would definitely return.”
