“Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...

We requested to book a scooter that they said they would book and get in 5 minutes because we had an appointment that we had to get to in 15 minutes. We were checking in and coordinating delays to the appointment. After 30 minutes I asked where the scooter was and the place they called was out of scooters, but they didn't notify me. “This place is nice and quiet, though from the street, you do not know where to go to access the property and if arriving at night, its difficult to find. The street sign is hard to see as there's a tree in front. The booking confirmation needs to have photo of the pharmacy out the front with directions to walk down the right hand side. “Wir haben 2 Nächte in dem 4 Personen Apartment übernachtet. Da wir dann länger in Ubud bleiben wollten, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt für eine Nacht verlängert. Für sie 3. Nacht haben wir in das große Apartment für 6-8 Personen gewechselt, da nur dieses verfügbar war. Beide Apartments waren sehr modern und mit allem was man benötigt eingerichtet.
