“Calling for a shuttle from the airport took over an hour. The desk phone was either not picked up at all no matter which option I chose. Messages left were not returned in a timely fashion. There were no hangers available either in the closet or upon request. Interior and exterior spaces were littered with trash. The front entrance was broken (evidently for a few weeks) and unable to use. Required to enter in the back near trash bins and littered parking lot. Check-out time posted differently...

“The motel was great. The only complaint I have is trying to use the pool and hot tub. Screaming kids everywhere. I didn't stay long in pool area. They should have a specific time for just adults. It was terrible with all the screaming kids ”

“Major construction just outside the building that starts very early in the morning. If you are trying to sleep in this is not the place to stay! ”

“Different, fresh breakfast options every day ( we stayed 5 days) clean room, with housekeeping available daily. In a really nice location. Close to everything ( we went to multiple malls and stores all within 10-20 minutes away). You see a lot of dog walkers and geese around the hotel. Staff were very nice and answered all questions. Would definitely stay there again if we were ever in the area again”

“Room was generally clean. Portions of the carpet could have benefitted for a good vacuum. The layout of the bathroom and wash basin was not particularly preferable. With the washbasin outside the toilet and with no handle par to hang a hand towel, we had to drape a towel on a chair, or walk into the toilet with wet hands and face to dry up. Recommend: install a hand towel bar on the side of the wash basin.”

“I don’t recommend purchasing the breakfast option for $18. Buffet option for scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal , and some bread. Not worth the money. ”

“The hotel was clean, the room and amenities were spacious, and the staff was accommodating. Truly impressed with the staff and upkeep of the facilities, all at a very reasonable price. If you are planning a trip I highly recommend staying here. ”
