Poor business practice.

I needed to check out one day early due to a family emergency. Hotel would not refund the one night stay stating it is "nonrefundable", despite the fact that I have stayed at this hotel prior. They obviously are not interested in repeat business as I visit Sedona yearly.
I also visited Sedona during the Sedona Film Festival, this hotel rents out parking spaces for the film festival attendees, this caused me to park a block away due to the fact that these spaces were rented out and no other spaces were vacant.

I apologize that you had a negative experience with your booking. We do offer deeper discounts for guests who wish to book non-refundable reservations and I am assuming by your review that is what you chose to book. We work hard with our partner to make sure that these deals are clearly communicated.
