I didn't appreciate getting placed in a handicapped room during our 6 night stay at the hotel. I asked to move rooms but no one got back to me on my request. I was staying at the hotel with my 13 year old daughter and handicapped rooms do not have locks on the door since the door swings out. I felt very unsafe as a mother staying in the handicapped room with my daughter and felt the staff could have handled our situation. Our sink was slow to drain and I had to ask twice to get it fixed.

I am sorry to hear that your stay was not up to your standards. We do have an array of different room types to choose from when you book online. Our accessible rooms do have the doors that open outward, but those are the only ones that do. When you do return to Sedona, we would love to assist you with a different room type.
