“Canceled my reservation an hour after check-in while I was already 2.5 hours into a 3.5 hour drive for my daughter’s Nationals competition. I booked months in advance through Expedia. They claimed they were short staffed and overbooked. The manager, was unapologetic and told me to “book somewhere else.” When I explained we were traveling with a baby and were one hour away, he threatened to hang up on me for “yelling” when I was simply upset. Another parent from our team arrived and was told...

“The toilet was directly across from the hot tub, which is a very small no bathroom. Just a curtain between the toilet and the hot tub. There's no shower, there's no bureau, no place to put your clothes. This is the worst day I have ever been at.You know, I only booked it because you on expedia made it look good.It is horrible place way overpriced”

“The hotel is under renovation, there are work on the hall but they are not creating problems. The room are already renovated and they are very good. Also breakfast is good”

“Room is very clean. Bed is comfortable. We are fam of 4, two adults and two teens, really enjoys the hotel for two nights visit to Providence. 7 minutes to shopping center. We love the breakfast. We will come back here again . ”
