“Camera nella media e bagno più che confortevole. Putroppo ingresso e corridoi, ma anche la camera, sono un po' maleodoranti . Probabilmente il problema è nato dalla giornata di pioggia e dal calpestare la moquette con le scarpe bagnate /sporche”

“Extremely friendly and helpful staff made the stay most enjoyable especially considering it was over Christmas. Whilst not "luxurious" by Ritz standards, the room was perfectly adequate, comfortable and very clean with all amenities and highly recommended as a base for visiting relatives and the surrounding area. ”

“Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were brilliant, especially the reception and breakfast ladies. Full English was exceptional. Evening meal was very good quality and reasonably priced. The spa was quality, and clean. We shall definitely be returning in the new year *****”

“The staff throughout were courteous and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well heated on a cold day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful - great choice of cold and hot dishes. Hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of Norwich and with free parking, we caught local taxi to get around. Didn’t use the pool this time though it was good several years ago. Will definitely return again”

“The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and spotless. Would definitely recommend ”

“Such a lovely stay. The whole staff (every role ) were amazing. They all worked so hard over Christmas. We didnt want to leave. Will definitely be going back. Loved it.”
